RETURN POLICY
Before shipping, our candles are cautiously inspected. If you are not satisfied, you have a choice of exchanging your unused candle with the same size and price within two weeks delivery. If used, we cannot accept returns or refund request. However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to Lennox Quincy Essentials within one week of your delivery.
All return and shipping cost will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
