Return / Exchange


Before shipping, our candles are cautiously inspected. If you are not satisfied, you have a choice of exchanging your unused candle with the same size and price within two weeks of delivery. If used, we cannot accept returns or refund request. However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to Lennox Quincy Essentials within one week of your delivery. All return and shipping cost will be the responsibility of the purchaser.




What kind of wax and wicks do you use in your candles?


We use an all natural virgin coconut soy blend. This creamy wax is paraben free, phthalate free, gluten free and toxin free. Although softer so it burns a bit faster, it is one of the cleanest burns you can have! We use wooden wicks that are FCS certified. Which means that the wood used for our wicks have been harvested from forests while being environmentally conscious and reliably managed.




How long will it take to recieve my purchase?


Most orders ship within 3-4 business days however, some orders may require up to 2 weeks to ship due to product availability. Please note that USPS and UPS are experiencing delays with delivery and it may take longer than expected to received your purchase. We do not ship internationally at the moment.




Are discounts available for bulk orders?


Yes! If you decideto purchase 20 of the same candle you can receive a discount please contact us directly for bulk orders.
